These Terms and Conditions govern your use of the website operated by The Animal Physio Co (Pty) Ltd, registered and operating within South Africa. By accessing this website, you agree to these terms.

2. Services

We provide veterinary physiotherapy services in Hermanus and surrounds. All services are provided on an appointment-only basis. Physiotherapy services do not replace veterinary care — we work alongside treating veterinarians.

3. Online Shop

All prices are listed in South African Rand (ZAR) and include VAT where applicable. Products are subject to availability. We reserve the right to update pricing at any time. All payments are processed securely via PayFast — we do not process or store payment card information directly.

4. Cancellation & Refunds

Please provide at least 24 hours' notice for appointment cancellations. Late cancellations may be subject to a cancellation fee. For shop purchases, please contact us within 7 days of receipt to arrange a return or refund in accordance with the Consumer Protection Act, 2008.

5. Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including text, images, logos, and design, is owned by The Animal Physio Co (Pty) Ltd and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Reproduction without written consent is prohibited.
